Steve Briglia has extensive trial experience in both civil and criminal law matters. He has tried cases before judges and juries in both state and federal court. He has also served as counsel in administrative hearings and arbitrations. Mr. Briglia’s clients range from national and regional businesses to individuals involved in business disputes and criminal investigations.

James W. Hundley

Jim Hundley graduated from the Georgetown Law Center and gained admission to the Virginia State Bar in 1989. During his first year of practice, Mr. Hundley served as law clerk to the Honorable James C. Cacheris in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Mr. Hundley appears before all levels of trial and appellate courts.

Brian Lubkeman has practiced in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area for 25 years, concentrating on complex real estate transactions (both developed and raw-land transactions, from acquisition through disposition); real estate development matters; commercial lending transactions (for borrowers and lenders); and commercial leasing.

Amy Owen is a former founding member of Cochran & Owen, LLC, a woman-owned law firm in Vienna, Virginia. She has substantial litigation experience with financial institutions, employment disputes, fidelity issues, insurance coverage, real estate, commercial disputes, probate litigation, and business torts.

Dick Craig practices with the firm’s litigation group and has a strong background in real estate and title insurance law. He concentrates in the resolution of defects in the title to real property and title insurers, the rights of property owners and the security rights of mortgage lenders and holders. He represents borrowers and lenders with the sale, purchase and financing of real estate.

Kristin focuses her practice in litigation, employment, and immigration law. She represents clients before both federal and state courts and administrative agencies. Kristin advises employers on a variety of issues, including personnel actions, compliance with employment eligibility standards, Family Medical Leave Act and Fair Labor Standards Act compliance, and labor relations.
